Online focus groups and 1-2-1 conversations

Macmillan Cancer Support are working in partnership with The Care Forum to improve the support available for people living with cancer in South Bristol.

You can use this form to let us know that you are interested in taking part in one of our online discussion groups, or in having a 1-2-1 conversation with a member of our team by phone or video chat.

To take part you need to have been affected by cancer or supported someone who was, while living in South Bristol. We currently plan to hold the discussion groups and conversations in late July - August 2020.

To say thank you people who take part will receive a £20 shopping voucher.

We would like to involve as many people as possible, but numbers for the discussion groups and 1-2-1 conversations are limited so we may not be able to offer a place to everyone who registers using this form.
