SHARING YOUR STORY |
Thank you for your interest in your local Maternity & Neonatal Voices Partnership.
A Maternity & Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) is an independently led NHS working group. It is made up of a team of women, birthing people and their families, working together with Clinicians (like midwives and obstetricians), Commissioners (who provide funding for services) and Community organisations, to review and contribute to the development of local maternity and neonatal care.
We are keen to hear about your experiences with local maternity and/or neonatal services, preferably over the past 3 years and would love for you to share your story with us, including what went well, what was memorable and even what you feel didn’t go so well or could have been improved throughout your journey. This is also for parents and families that have experienced the loss of their baby/babies during pregnancy or shortly after birth.
The information we obtain contributes towards the design, delivery, and evaluation of maternity and neonatal services, with the aim to make positive changes. There are opportunities for you to be more involved with your local MNVP should you want.
For now we want to hear about your experiences using local maternity and/or neonatal services, if you don’t mind completing the following form, sharing your story, then we can go from there. If you have experienced pregnancy or baby loss please include these stories and your experience of bereavement care services. If this was more than 3 years ago then please contact us at blackcountrymnvp@gatewayfs.org
We do understand that this can be emotive and appreciate you taking the time to respond. Anything you tell us will be kept strictly confidential and feedback will be shared anonymously unless you have given us permission to share your details outside of the MNVP.
