Survey for organisations

MPAC have been supporting parents and their children in Liverpool since 1974 by providing support and advice for  community groups offering children and young people’s activities. For more information about what we already do visit  www.merseyplay.com

We are in the process of applying for funding to continue our work and we are also looking to offer new services depending on the level of demand.
To get this funding we need to hear from organisations like yours.

What do you see as being needed in the  community?
What help does your organisation need?
What are the issues that your organisation and the people you  work with face?
What do you think would help you and those you help?
This survey is your chance to tell us what you think about these questions and what you think about our plans.

Without hearing from you, we can't convince funders that there is a need for our activities. The stronger our evidence  base, the more we can help your organisation and those you work with.    We would really appreciate it if you could complete the survey. It should take you no longer than 5 minutes.

If you would like to chat to us about this survey or get involved please contact Anne on 0151 708 0468 or anne.hughes@merseyplay.com

Thanks so much for your help we really appreciate it!
