This survey is designed to help us, at NurtureWild CIC, gain a greater understanding of the barriers that people face to connecting to nature and what can be done to help overcome them.

Your responses are really valuable to us, please try to answer every question as honestly as you can, all responses will be anonymous and will only be used for the benefit of the community.
