100 Choirs in a Weekend: Volunteer Application Form

Thanks for your interest in volunteering for Youth Music! A few things to note before you complete this form:

The event will take place on Saturday 1 December, except for Kings Cross, Liverpool, and Manchester which are on Sunday 2 December.
Volunteer shifts will run from either 9:30am to 2pm or 1:30pm to 6pm.
Each volunteer will be required to sign in at the station (you'll need to bring photo ID with you).
Your main responsibilities will be: overseeing choirs, acting as a point of contact on the day, health and safety at the station, occasionally helping with bucket collection/fundraising. We'll provide you with more detailed information closer to the event date.
