14% of survey complete.
This survey forms part of a research project between the University of Worcester and Aston University. As very little is known in the research literature about team coaching, the purpose of our project is to survey workplace coaches who are currently providing team coaching. Our aim is to increase the awareness of current practices in team coaching in order to inform future research projects and theory development.

Participant Information Sheet

What is the purpose of this research?
The purpose of the research is to conduct a survey of the current practice of team coaching within a work context.

Why have I been asked to take part?
You are a coaching practitioner who is currently providing (or who has provided in the past) team coaching.

What if I don’t want to take part?
You are under no obligation to take part.

What exactly will I be required to do?
You will be asked to answer a series of questions about your team coaching practices and about your profile as a team coach.

Is there any risk to me participating?
There is no foreseen risk to you participating.

How long will it take?
This should take no longer than 20 minutes.

How exactly will my anonymity/confidentiality be ensured?
All questionnaires are anonymous. You cannot be identified from your questionnaire responses. Your responses will also be aggregated with other participant responses so that they will be unidentifiable as being your responses. At the end of the questionnaire you will be asked if you agree to be contacted for a follow-up interview. If you agree to this, you will need to provide your email address. In this case your response is no longer anonymous however all responses will remain confidential.

How will the results of the research be disseminated?
Your unidentifiable responses will be used in articles/reports stemming from the research.

What do I do if I want to stop half way through?
If you wish to stop completing the questionnaire, please close your web browser without completing the questionnaire and your responses will be deleted. However, once your questionnaire has been submitted we will be unable to remove your data from the study as we will be unable to identify your responses.

How will my data be stored?
