As part of their commitment to the development of the commercial core of Bradford, city centre businesses have recently formed a Development Group who have been considering the possible creation of a Business Improvement District (BID). The BID specialist consultancy Heartflood have subsequently been commissioned to carry out an independent Feasibility Study to establish whether or not a BID would be successful here. This questionnaire is the main way in which we will be asking businesses for their views on this prospect.
