Gathering UK based DV DATA, For Black Women By Black Women
1.Are You A Black Woman of African or Caribbean Heritage?
2.Have You, a Family Member or Friend Ever Been Affected by Domestic Abuse
3.Would you report abuse to a mainstream agency such as the Violence Against Women and Girls (VWAG) sector (such as Women's Aid, Victim Support, Southall Black Sisters) or Local Council DV departments?
4.Would you ever report a DV crime to police? 
5.Would you ever report abuse to a DV / Violence Against Women and Girls (VWAG) sector organisation?
6.As a Black woman, I would feel more supported by an African -Caribbean (Black) run DV specialist charity, because Black Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA)  is more likely to understand my situation and the challenges I might face.
7.If you could make any changes in how Black women are supported, what changes would you most like to see?(Required.)
8.More research needs to be done on the experiences of  the 'UK black DV experience'
9.I believe that the black African/Caribbean heritage is unique and other cultures should not try to speak on our behalf.
10.I believe that terms often used to describe black people such as 'Afro-Caribbean', 'BAME' are discriminatory and should not be used.
