Does ateb listen to you?

Over the next couple of months we are gathering opinions from you about whether you feel we have listened to you and taken action because of what you said.
By completing this survey, you will help us to see if we are meeting your needs.  If the survey shows that we are not, our aim is to change our ways to give you a better experience.
1.Do you feel that ateb listens to your views and acts upon them?
2.Please can you give us an example from your answer in question 1?
