Exploring the Bond Between Sustainability and Field Service Along with Drivers for Change

This survey forms part of an academic research study conducted at the University of Sunderland into sustainability within the field service industry.

The results will be published academically and in a free online report. 

The research aims are to explore:

·      The current state of sustainability within the field services industry

·      The current level of market and stakeholder demand for sustainability

·      What the future could hold for sustainability within the industry

·      If sustainability priorities changed since COVID

The survey is split into two sections:

·      Fast track focused on current state of sustainability, takes 5 minutes  

·      Optional section exploring what the future may hold, takes 3 minutes
