Introduction
Healthwatch Sheffield is the local consumer watchdog for health and social care services. We’re here to listen to people’s experiences of local services and to use this feedback to help improve these services for everyone. We are independent of Sheffield City Council and the NHS but work with both on your behalf.
We’re currently talking to people who receive care in their own home, also known as domiciliary care, about their experiences. The survey is very short and should only take a few minutes to complete. The findings of the survey will be used to help improve services.
