For this form there are two ways to complete your application:
An online written application form
A video application
Both options require you to submit up to six still images. You will be given the option to choose your application route after you have filled in your basic details.
You may change how you submit your application at any point up until the final "Submit" button.
Studio applications are reviewed in February, April, June, August, October and December.
