Strategy Feedback

Introduction

Before the emergence of Covid-19, the GCVS Board were working on a new strategy for 2020-2023 following the appointment in August 2019 of our new Chief Executive, Ian Bruce.

At their meeting of the 11th March 2020 the Board agreed a draft for formal consultation.  Before we could get that out to you, events overtook us. 

So, slightly later than we planned we would like to ask you to take the time to read our draft strategy and give us your views.

4.Do you have any thoughts on our Strategic Priorities as we have set them out on pages 5, 6 and 7 in the draft strategy?  In particular are they the right priorities? Are there other things we should be doing?
5.Do you have any thoughts you'd like to share on our operational priorities as we have set them out on page 8 of the draft strategy?
6.Do you have any thoughts you'd like to share on the approaches we anticipate using, as we have set them out on page 9 and 10 of the draft strategy?
7.Finally - do you have any other feedback on the strategy or GCVS more widely that you would like to share?
