This survey aims to find out how satisfied parents and carers are with services provided by Kensington and Chelsea’s Children’s Centres. It differs from the Impact Survey, which is carried out twice yearly and focuses on assessing the impact for families in accessing specific activities, such as stay and play or health activities. The annual Satisfaction Survey aims to measure the following:

Who is already using our services and if you are satisfied with the services we offer.
Whether the services we offer meet your needs
What else we can do to ensure we are providing the right services, at the right time
Overall we want to hear from you what we do well and what we need to improve.
