This section is about how well you think the CDM Regulations 2015 have worked.

Question Title

1. When the CDM Regulations were brought in in 2015 the Government said they would result in savings of £19.6 million as a result of the reduction in the burden of health and safety legislation.  At the time the then chair of the HSE, Judith Hackitt, said regulatory change would, ‘ … ensure that regulations are appropriate and effective ….all without compromising or diluting protections for workers’.  We would like to know how far you believe these aims have been achieved.

On a scale of 1 - 10 where 1 is not successful and 10 is completely successful, how far do you feel the government's aims have been realised?
