One of the major challenges facing organisations who wish to put digital at the heart of their operations and service delivery is the extent to which teams across the organisation understand and support any plans for digital change.

Digital change is the integration of digital technology into all areas of a business resulting in fundamental changes to how businesses operate and how they deliver value to customers

This questionnaire aims to discover the different approaches towards digital across the public sector, and the role of finance in those approaches.

The results of this survey will give valuable insight for a practical research report and the basis for further discussions and analyses. In particular, it will help to highlight any the barriers and opportunities for digital change.
