CLC Equality, Diversity & Inclusion survey

The Construction Leadership Council Skills Plan includes a commitment to develop “a common diversity measuring and monitoring system and set aspirational targets at all levels for recruitment, retention and progression of under-represented groups that reflects the demographic of the UK working population.”

This  consultation is the first step for the sector to:

·         agree the common set of data that will be collected and the planned analysis / reporting processes.
·         gain agreement from CLC members to participate in collecting diversity data using a common database.

To help us continue to develop a more inclusive and collaborative culture in the industry, we should like your response to the questions below. All individual responses will remain confidential.
