Rotherfed is evaluating its Community Voices and Choices Project, (community organisers). We would like to find our what local volunteers think about the project and what difference it has made to you.
The survey only has 13 questions. If you don't want to answer a question just leave it blank. If you get stuck, don't give up. Please find a staff member and ask for help. We really do want to know what you think. The only person who will see your answers will be our community researcher.
We will use this information to help us make the project better but also to get more funding to keep Community Voices going.
