Introduction

This survey is part of a project to understand some of the factors in society that disadvantage people with COPD or make it harder to live with the condition.
We have broken this down into 5 categories.
1.       Why are some groups of people at greater risk of getting COPD?
2.       Why is diagnosis of COPD delayed?
3.       Why do people with COPD not get the care they need?
4.       Why does COPD as a health condition not get the attention it should?
5.       What factors make living with COPD difficult
This survey is about the first question – what factors in people’s lives increase their risk of getting COPD? It should only take a few minutes to complete. Answers will be analysed by a team at Imperial College, to help develop understanding in this area.
