It has now been over a year since we entered into the first COVID 19 lockdown.  The past year has seen big changes in the way diabetes care has been delivered due to the restraints caused by the pandemic.  The CYP Diabetes Network want to review, not only how the care was delivered, which was the focus of the last survey, but also what care processes were delivered during the period March 2020 – March 2021.

Clinicians are really keen to get some feedback, from families, about their experience of paediatric diabetes services over the last year.  This information, and the knowledge gained over this period, will be used to shape how future services will be delivered.   Establishing virtual diabetes clinics to complement out-patient care may be something being considered for the future, if that is what families want and does not affect the delivering of the key care processes.
Please be as honest as you can, results are collated anonymously.
