Would you like to help manage a youth led movement of young activists?

The Youth Forum is a Regional, Youth Led Organisation. An Executive Committee of young people oversee the work of the Youth Forum.

Our Executive Committee was elected on the 1st October to serve for the next two years. NIYF members have voted in favour of putting more opportunities in place for more young people to join our Committee. We will do this via a ‘Co-option’ process.

If you are aged 11-25, live in N.Ireland and are passionate about working as part of our Executive Committee to promote the voice of young people complete our online application here.

Available to attend Executive Meeting’s, maximum of 1 per month

Confident enough to represent the organisation at events

Willing to support the organisation over the next two years in accordance with the strategic plan

Able to understand and make decisions based on relevant information

Willing to undertake further training as part of this role

Willing to meet during anti-social hours, including evenings and weekends?

Committed to the principles of Equity, Diversity and Interdependence and to the principles of participation and empowerment of young people
