We want to make sure that everyone who works to help autistic people knows how do it properly. To do this, we are writing a document which will say what people in different jobs need to know to make things as good as possible for the autistic people they work with.

We have been talking with autistic people from all over the country, their families and with the people who work with them. We want to make sure that we talk to autistic children and young people so that we find out what they think.

We would like to ask you questions about the people that work with you to help you. These can be people like doctors, teachers, social workers and nurses, but it can also be people like bus drivers and people who work in shops or anyone else you think we need to know about.

We want to find out what is important to you.

Please answer as many of the questions as you can but you can leave some blank if you don’t know the answer or if you don’t want to answer the question.
Your answers are anonymous and you are not required to provide any contact details.
Thank you!
