Background

Each year we report to tenants and other stakeholders on our performance in delivering the Outcomes and Standards detailed in the Scottish Social Housing Charter.

To enable us to do this, we first gather a range of information to help to consider whether or not we meet each Outcome or Standard. This includes performance information, feedback from residents, service updates and any improvements undertaken. We then use this information to self assess whether or not we have met the Outcome or Standard and to identify any actions that will improve the services we deliver.

The next stage of the process is to inform our tenants of the outcome of our self assessment exercise and to provide them with an opportunity to comment on our assessment, to review the identified improvement actions and to suggest any improvement actions that they consider to be important.

Please follow this link [insert link] which will take you to a document detailing the results of our self assessment, some of the performance and actions that have informed this self assessment and the identified improvement action. I apologise that this is a long document, however there are 15 Charter Outcomes and 14 apply to Caledonia.

Once you have considered the self assessment there is a short survey which we would like you to complete. This is for you to provide your views on our self assessment and whether we have achieved the Outcome or Standard.

It should be noted that the information provided in this communication relates to the performance and actions of Caledonia last year, i.e. in 2022/23.

** Please note this survey is completely anonymous and we are not as/king you to provide, nor seeking to capture, any of your personal information**

Question Title

* 1. Do you agree with the self assessment outcome and the identified improvement actions?

Next steps

Once the assessment is complete and finalised we will prepare our annual performance report for tenants and stakeholders, which will be published at the end of October.

Thank you for taking time to answer this survey and to give us your views. All replies will be entered into a prize draw for a £50 shopping voucher.
