Christmas Maltings and Clements patient survey

Suffolk GP Federation has been running Christmas Maltings and Clements Practice since the start of July. We hope that you have already started to notice some improvement.

You may also have heard that we are looking at changing the way we use some of the buildings.

Suffolk GP Federation does not own the Christmas Maltings building in Camps Road. Negotiations with the current owners are ongoing.

If these talks are unsuccessful we would have to leave the Christmas Maltings site by 31st January 2018. This could mean that we move services to the Clements building in Greenfields Way.

We would like to hear from patients. Your views will be used to help make a decision at a joint NHS committee in November. Please fill in the questions below and place your answers in the box on reception.

Local residents are also invited to an information and engagement event on Monday, 30th October at 7pm at the Clements building in Greenfields Way.
