A supported accommodation scheme (with associated office provision) is a service that is needed locally.
The proposal will reduce the need to use emergency and non-specialist forms of accommodation such as B&Bs.
Dedicated premises will allow targeted support and minimise the community impact of rough sleeping and homelessness.
The proposal would improve outcomes for vulnerable people in need of support.
Change of use of Coton Hill House will have minimal impact on local infrastructure, services and the environment.
