Introduction
The Islands Growth Deal covering Orkney, Shetland and the Outer Hebrides is investing in the Creative Industries to support local artists and creative practitioners. This support will help create a stronger and more sustainable sector, as well as provide more opportunities for creative individuals and help to nurture talent in the areas. It will also help to attract and retain people on the islands. As such, the Islands Deal has made a commitment in principle to support investments in key locations.
To find out more about the potential use of any proposed facilities, we have created a survey to gather information on areas such as how likely you are to use them, the type of facilities that you would find useful, and how often you would use these facilities. The survey also asks about what you think you could achieve with enhanced facilities, support, and collaboration opportunities.
The survey will only take you 10 minutes to complete and is mostly tick-box answers.
Your response is confidential and will not be shared or identified in reporting by the data holders who are working in partnership to deliver the Islands Growth Deal – The Pier Arts Centre, Taigh Chearsabhagh, Shetland Arts Trust, An Lanntair, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, The University of the Highlands and Islands, Orkney Islands Council, Shetland Islands Council, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, NHS Orkney, NHS Shetland, NHS Western Isles.
We would like to thank you in advance for your support in this important piece of work.
