The Worldwide Hospice Palliative Care Alliance and the International Children's Palliative Care Network are seeking more information on what works to address inequities in access to palliative care access around the world. We are particularly interested to hear from people who provide palliative care in different settings to address inequities. We are also keen to hear from people who have lived experience of equity issues in relation to palliative care.

We know that palliative care access is inequitable both across and within countries. People who are incarcerated, LGBTQ+ people, people with disabilities, people living in poverty and deprivation, people in LMICs, older people, children, people experiencing homelessness, people from racial minorities and many others experience inequitable access to palliative care.

We want to hear more from you about your experiences of what has worked and what hasn't to make palliative care available to all who need it: wherever they live, whoever they love and whatever their age or background.

Any information you provide may be used in a future report or communications by WHPCA and ICPCN. However, it will be fully anonymised. When responding to this survey, you can remain anonymous or you can leave your name and contact details if you are happy for us to contact you for further information.

The survey opens on World Hospice and Palliative Care Day and will close on 29th October 2021.
