Cedar Dean April Rent Evidence Survey 

Attention UK Businesses. We want you to have your say on the Government call for evidence on rent.

This is a critical Covid 19 rent survey that Cedar Dean is carrying out to assist the lobbying of Government, with regards to the support they may offer when the rent moratorium ends.

Many of you may not have time to fill in the 93 question survey from Government. So we are asking to you please take 60 seconds to answer the 12 Questions below.

3.Since the start of the pandemic, have you agreed acceptable new terms with the majority of your landlords?
4.Are you still encountering unproductive discussions with your landlords?
5.How many job cuts have you been forced to make so far as a result of Covid 19
6.If the Government does not intervene with further support post the rent moratorium, will you be forced to make further job cuts?
7.If no further support is forthcoming on rents post moratorium - will you be forced to consider potential restructuring/insolvency options?
