Walsall MVP - Infant feeding feedback

Walsall Maternity Voices Partnership holds meetings every couple of months to hear the experiences of the families who are using maternity care.  Each meeting we have a hot topic and for the March 2021 meeting it is on infant feeding.

We have developed this quick survey to gather some feedback to see how parents have found the services we offer over the past year.

Each question has multiple choice answers and a free text box where you can add a few individual comments.  If you would like to give more in depth feedback please email walsall.mvp@nhs.net

We will use the information we get from this survey to feedback to the various services and let them know what is working well and what improvements we would like to see.  All data is anonymised to protect the identity of parents filling out this form.
