Very Good - Open and clear communication. Met/spoke, wrote and emailed regularly We all worked together well.

OK - We met/spoke, wrote or emailed occasionally, at least once a term

Not at all good - Very hit and miss, lots of requests for meetings/chats ignored or not responded to

Broken Down - We had serious difficulties trying to communicate with each other, and did not communicate easily.
