This survey is about the DR UK Organisational Members' Welfare Rights Helpline. The questions will help us understand how effective the helpline has been in providing members with the information or support they requested. This will help us improve the service.
The survey takes 5 - 10 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. We’d like you to be open and honest in your views. You have the option of adding an email address if you'd like to be entered into a draw to win a copy of our Disability Rights Handbook. However, this will not be linked back to your responses nor in any way affect any current or future support you may be receiving from DR UK.
