Londonwide LMCs' survey on patient engagement, for completion by practice leads for patient participation

Londonwide LMCs are launching a new project to provide support for practices to better engage with their patients.  Please help us to focus project delivery on what is most important to your work in patient engagement by completing this survey.

Survey results will be anonymised and we will get back to you in the early autumn with the survey findings and plans for project delivery.
