Londonwide LMCs' survey on patient engagement, for completion by the patient lead within the practice (eg, PPG Chair)

Londonwide LMCs (www.lmc.org.uk) is the organisation recognised in statute to represent GPs and their practice teams across London.

We are now developing a project aiming to support GPs and their practice teams to develop and foster active patient participation. We'd really appreciate your help in shaping the project.

We think patient involvement in the project is vital if we are to deliver a project that reflects and supports a dialogue between GPs, practice staff and patients that results in positive action benefiting both. Please help us to develop the project by responding to this survey. Please complete as many of the questions below as you can.

The results of the survey and what the project will deliver will be publicised in the early autumn.
