Watford has enjoyed a successful and vibrant economy that has generated a significant amount of investment in the town and high levels of jobs across a range of sectors and skills.
Our previous Economic Growth Strategy is coming to an end and we are developing the next Strategy to take the take the town forward from 2021. It is vital that this Strategy reflects Watford as it is today but, more importantly, sets the direction for the next 5 years. Whilst much is unknown, we do know there are a significant structural changes that will face our local economy as the world responds to global challenges and opportunities including the economic repercussions of Covid-19 and the challenges and opportunities of climate change.
We want to hear what you think about the Watford economy – as you experience it now and your hopes and aspirations for the future. This short survey is an opportunity for you to share your views. The information you give us will help us to understand and prioritise the areas we should focus on in our new Economic Growth Strategy.
