Emergency Gynaecology Service - Patient Feedback

Emergency Gynaecology Service at St Mary's Hospital at Wythenshawe - Patient feedback

As part of our response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Manchester University Foundation Trust (MFT) has made a number of service changes to maximise capacity to treat patients across all our sites safely and in line with Infection Prevention and Control requirements.

This has meant that some services have temporarily moved to a different hospital site as part of the COVID-19 response.

While these changes were made as a result  of the pandemic, some of them support our vision to provide a single hospital service that will deliver safer, better and more consistent care for people living in the City of Manchester, Trafford, and beyond.

By creating a single hospital service, we can provide:

·   Better continuity of care wherever you are treated
·    Consistently high standards of services at all hospitals
·    Stronger teams sharing specialised skills 24/7

How was your experience?
As a result of these changes we are keen to receive your feedback about your experience after accessing these services.

As a patient who received care from the Emergency Gynaecology service at a new location in St Mary's Hospital at Wythenshawe, we are seeking views as part of our assessment about the benefits of permanently moving this service and would be grateful if you could complete the following short survey.

All responses are anonymous and no personal information is collected but if you would prefer to speak to someone in detail about your experience you can contact the Patient Experience Team on 0161 701 1710.

Thank you
