Why we are asking Questions?

When you, or someone else who was worried about you being at risk of abuse or neglect, the Safeguarding Adults team would have worked with you to make sure you were safe and had not been harmed. This is called a safeguarding enquiry or safeguarding concern.

We can use the information you give us about your safeguarding concern to make our services better for everyone who we work with.

All answers will remain private and only used by the Adults Safeguarding Team and Safeguarding Adults Board.

If you are a carer or professional supporting an individual to complete this survey and you would like to share your views about the Safeguarding concern please email -
