This is an application to participate in our 3 day OCN London accredited training course, to be held on the 7th, 14th and 27th of November at The Foundry, 17 Oval Way, Vauxhall, London, SE11 5RR.

Applications to attend this training close on the 16th of October. Incomplete application forms will not be considered.

Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee a place on the training. The training is limited to 16 places, with no more than 2 delegates from each organisation. Delegates are selected to meet the needs of the funder with respect to geographic distribution and size of organisation.
