Mental Health Supported Accommodation - Staff, referrer & practitioner survey
Introduction
Brighton & Hove City Council in partnership with NHS Brighton & Hove Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are currently reviewing three mental health supported housing services in Brighton & Hove (Shore House, Sanctuary Star and Route One).
We want to hear from all supporting staff, referrers and practitioners who have worked with former and current residents of mental health supported housing services, on how you found these services, what has been going well, and what we can improve on in the future.
The feedback, experiences and views you share will help to inform and shape future mental health supported housing services for the city.
