Adaptations to Pharmacy during COVID and Current Positions

In Oct 2020, BOPA produced the Changing Services, Changing Oncology Pharmacy COVID-19 Position Statement. The aim of the document was to outline both the clinical and operational responses implemented by BOPA members during the initial phase of COVID-19. The document also highlighted some of the future steps oncology pharmacy services and the wider oncology service could have taken at that point in planning for the future phases of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now with the benefit of hindsight and in the spirit of reflective practice, we are asking BOPA members to complete this survey which discusses those changes made and whether these continue into current practice. The survey responses will form part of a updated Position Statement and associated journal article which will enable all BOPA members to benefit from the collective learning of the membership throughout and COVID pandemic, to the present and into the future to meet the challenges we currently and will continue to face within oncology pharmacy
