Frailty Framework Evaluation Survey

Skills for Health is carrying out an evaluation of the Frailty Framework on behalf of the commissioners. Funding for this work has been generously provided by The Trustees of the Institute of Ageing and Health (West Midlands). By completing this evaluation survey, you will help to inform further development of the Framework so that there is better identification of frailty and better understanding of how to support people to live well with frailty.
