Commercial licence scope of requirements

If you have any contractual arrangements based on a CRU price/index  - whether entirely, partially or through a formula - you require a CRU commercial licence. A commercial licence enables clients to use CRU prices for adjusting contracts but does not permit the sharing of CRU price data with counterparties.
