Witchford Parish Council will seek to purchase land and/or properties in Witchford parish where it is considered that Parish Council-ownership of that land/property will benefit the residents of Witchford.

i) seek to fund the purchase of land/property out of CIL receipts.

ii) seek to apply for relevant grants.

iii) investigate options for borrowing in order to fund the land/property purchase. Any application to borrow will be made in accordance with statutory requirements and will be accompanied by a business plan.
