The Growth Programme is the European economic regeneration programme for Cornwall and Isles of Scilly. Utilising funding from the European Union, the Growth Programme aims to support business, research and development, low carbon initiatives, infrastructure, employment and training, agriculture, with the overall objective to improve the quality of life of Cornish citizens.
