Access to GP Services / GP Out of Hours Services and GP Extended Hours Services

The intention of this survey is to find out your views on how people are using and would like to use General Practice services, General Practice Out of Hours Services and General Practices Extended Hours Services within Northamptonshire.

The survey has several parts that cover, General Practice Services within the hours of 8am to 6:30pm, General Practice Services Out of hours (between 6:30pm and 8am), and finally General Practice Extended Hours Services .
