Friends of Perivale Park: Committee Election

Introduction

Thank you for your interest in standing to be on the committee of the new Friends of Perivale Park group. Please complete the following short survey before 9am on Friday November 1st.

Candidates name, motivations for standing and relevant experience will then be shared with those registered to attend the public meeting, on our website (www.swlen.org.uk) and in paper form at the meeting. During the meeting, we will hold an election to form the committee.

Candidates contact detail will be kept confidential and only used by SWLEN to facilitate the election process and provide ongoing support if required.
