Professionals' attitudes to Radio Aid Systems
Thank you for helping me with my MA research
This questionnaire forms part of my dissertation for the MA Deaf Education at the University of Hertfordshire in collaboration with Mary Hare School.
The following pages will explain the background to the study and ask for your consent to participate.
There are 35 questions in total, most of which require a single click to complete.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes.
The word "deaf" is used to mean the full range of hearing loss.
The phrase "auditory implant" includes cochlear implants, middle ear implants, bone conduction hearing implants and auditory brainstem implants.
The phrase "radio aid" is used to represent any system which consists of a microphone worn by the speaker and which transmits sound wirelessly to the child's hearing equipment. This may include devices such as a MiniMic or a Roger system.
