GPCPF parents survey May 2022

A key role of Greenwich's Parent Carer Participation Forum is to work in partnership with commissioners and service providers to represent the views of parents and carers in order to influence services and get the best provision for children and young people aged 0-25 with SEND in Royal Greenwich.

Please help us do this by completing our survey.Your responses will be fed back to the Local Authority and NHS South East London CCG (Greenwich) to enable them to make informed decisions that will deliver more efficient and effective services to you as a parent, carer or family member looking after a child or young person with SEND. We will also publish the findings of this survey on our website. https://greenwichpcpf.org/
On behalf of GPCPF Advisory Group

If you like any help to complete this survey, please give me a call and I can arrange a time with support you.
