If you record something as not 'publicly available/share-able', we will not share the information, though we will still use it behind-the-scenes to determine your company's Top500 position.
Regarding regions, we do have a preference for more specificity (given that aggregation, but not disaggregation, can be inferred) but even aggregate figures will serve as a starting point.
