Starting Point & PIE Guitar Lessons Registration Form

We are excited to be hosting a series of free guitar lessons (with free guitar if your child doesn't have one) for local children. These events are funded by the Stockport Council holiday activity fund. The fund is aimed at supporting children who are eligible for free school meals or require additional support. We only share this information with you so you understand why we ask some of the questions that we do on the below form.  Your child will also be given a packed lunch / tea to take home so this is why we ask about dietary requirements.
