The Kickstart Scheme is a £2 billion fund to create hundreds of thousands of high-quality 6-month work placements for young people aged 16-24, who are claiming Universal Credit.
Groundwork are exploring the opportunity to act as an intermediary and coordinate responses on behalf of our BIDS partners. We can only apply to become a representative/intermediary once we have a group that will collectively employ more than 30 young people.
Groundwork will help you in facilitating the Kickstart scheme to provide opportunities for 16-24-year olds and advise you on the next steps.
